Fortunately, once you establish a routine, it becomes very easy to keep on top of your oral health.
To keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible, you should:
- Brush your teeth when you wake, after every meal, and before you go to bed
- Floss before you brush at least twice daily
- Follow any special care instructions provided by your dentist
